  • ABOUT: We are a 25 bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center located in beautiful, rural Craig, CO.
  • We provide L4 ED care, inpatient care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, laboratory, special care unit, cardiopulmonary, oncology and chemotherapy services and more.
  • Physical Therapist with competency with outpatient orthopedics is required, some subacute inpatient coverage as needed.
  • MRH Rehab is looking for a full-time outpatient physical therapist who values patient care, team collaboration and has a growth mindset.
  • MRH Rehab is a rural clinic that provides the unique opportunity to treat a variety of conditions, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, orthopedics, post-op, sports medicine, vestibular/concussion and long-term neurological conditions.
    Job Requirements
  • Active Colorado Physical Therapy License (DORA)
  • Current CPR(BLS) certification (within 90 days of hire per MRH Policy)
    Schedule Information
  • SHIFT: Days, 40 hours guaranteed
  • We offer 4 day work weeks.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Collaborate with the school-based team to help determine and carry out Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide in-home physical therapy services to homebound patients.
