We are hiring a Pain Management Physician for a locum assignment in North Wisconsin for 3 month coverage!

Job details:

• Start: As soon as credentialled (End of September)
• Schedule: 2 weeks per month, flexible for 4 to 5 days per week, 8a-4p (flexible on time).
• Procedures: Spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections
  Patients a day: 15
• Act 10 is acceptable.
• EMR: EPIC

Job Requirements:

• Board Certification FM
• WI license (Or IMLC)
• DEA
• ACLS, BLS
• Clean Malpractice
• Local candidates preferred
