NEW Locum Oncologist Job Arizona

Date of coverage: Starting January 1 and ongoing. Will accept full time and part time coverage.

Details of Assignment:
Monday- Thursday 8am-4:30; Friday 8am-12pm
Outpatient
Average of 15 patients per day
Board Certified in Oncology or Hematology is required
70% Oncology and 30 Hematology cases
No weekends, no call
All adult patients
EMR: All scripts
PACS: CPACS
Will accept providers without active licensure
Credentialing: Average of 3 months, if emergency temps are approved, then 2 weeks
