What You’ll Do In this leadership role, you’ll:
- Build and Grow Relationships: Develop, retain, and expand deposit relationships with commercial businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Create Tailored Solutions: Design and deliver customized cash management solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead Business Development: Drive deposit generation and cross-sell cash management services and banking products.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with team members to enhance customer experiences and build lasting commercial banking relationships.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate has:
- Proven Sales Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Cash Management Know-How: A solid background in cash or treasury management is essential.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Experience working directly with clients to build and maintain strong connections.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA or MA/MS is a plus).
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in PC, Internet, and cash management systems.
- Strong Communication and Organization: Exceptional presentation, planning, time management, and interpersonal skills.
