The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative II in
Washington, DC to support a local
contract .
**Will be subject to a background/credit screen prior to employment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through the use of various communication technologies including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet.
- Responding to escalated and more complex inquiries on a broader scope of topics.
REQUIREMENTS - 2 years of experience in a government setting.
- Working knowledge of current commercially available software packages for Microsoft Office; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook email, electronic calendars, spreadsheets, electronic forms, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortable answering phones.
PAY RATE: $18.74/hr + H&W
HOURS OF OPERATION Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm
