FanDuel Sports Network South / Southeast team is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Atlanta, GA production team. Reporting to the Director, Operations, this position coordinates assigned live sporting event game telecasts, communicating with mobile truck vendors, crewers, facilities, broadcast partners and production personnel. The Production Coordinator creates production information books that contain all relevant operations information including truck, crew and production team contacts, technical requirements, transmission, and facility information. The position also checks in with production teams at assigned remote events and acts as the daily office contact for production and technical personnel working at remote sites and serving as an on-site operations contact for live events when needed. Also, this role will assist with equipment organization, participate in associated meetings, and conference calls.This position will proactively interface with the production staff of the South and Southeast regional television networks for resources and support. The Game Plan:(What you will do)Coordinate assigned events by communicating with mobile truck vendors, crew contacts, facilities, broadcast partners and production personnel to gather all relevant details for the network's game production teams.Create Production Information Books that contain all relevant operations information including, but not limited to truck specs, crew, production team contacts, technical requirements, transmission, and facility information. Confirm that appropriate resources and equipment are available for each show. Check in with Production teams at assigned remote sporting events and act as the daily office contact for production and technical personnel working at remote game sites.Serves as on-site Operations contact for live sporting event productions when needed. Assists with equipment organization.Assists with load-in and strike days at the beginning and end of each team season, as well as special event broadcasts.The Stats:(What to bring)High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook and Adobe AcrobatStrong organizational, troubleshooting and project coordination skills.Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team atmosphere.Ability to work flexible hours- including nights and weekends.Ability to multi-task and work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter who works autonomously and is independently motivated.Occasional lifting of equipment (up to 50 pounds).Desired:Bachelor's degree.A minimum of 2-3 years previous broadcast production, in particular remote event and/or production management.Knowledge of remote production technical equipment and engineering equipment.The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
