We are seeking a Part-Time Cleaner for our location at Novi Police Department in Novi, MI.
Summary: Responsible for carrying out light and heavy cleaning tasks for an environment in an office environment.
Available shift: Monday-Friday 8PM-11PM (15 hours per week)
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Essential Job Functions:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Clean and disinfect equipment
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created
- Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
- Remove garbage and recycling
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants
- Identify and report possible repairs
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures paying special attention to health and/or safety procedures
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Experience: - Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
