- No Scribe coverage
- No Admitting orders
- 24 ED beds in department
- BC/BE EM/FM/IM
- ACLS/ATLS/PALS
- Medhost EMR
- 60-day credentialing timeframe, could be faster with clean files
- COVID vaccine/exemption required
