They utilize CNC machines, manual machines, swiss machines, and primarily focus on prototypes. The facility handles both sheet metal and machined parts.ResponsibilitiesInspect parts taken off the floor, including sheet metal and machined partsConduct incoming parts inspectionsPerform first article inspections using CMM and hand toolsRead and interpret blueprintsUtilize tools such as calipers and micrometers for quality controlConduct visual inspections and ensure adherence to quality standardsEssential Skills2+ years of experience with CMMs3+ years of experience with inspectionProficiency in GD&TAbility to read blueprintsExperience with hand tools, micrometers, and calipersAdditional Skills & QualificationsMachining work historyExperience with vision systems (OGP)2+ years of experience with PCDIMSWillingness to learn and adapt to minimal PCDMIS experienceWhy Work Here?Enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment with a focus on precision and quality.
