What You’ll Do: As our Director of Operations, you’ll be the captain of our ship, steering our hotel’s daily operations toward success. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be up to:

• Lead the Charge: Direct our Rooms Division and Food & Beverage teams to ensure we’re always at the top of our game. You are not a micro-manager, yet you will dig in when necessary.

• Guest Experience Guru: Transform feedback into action! You'll ensure every guest leaves with a smile and a desire to return.

• Financial Focus: Collaborate with our finance team and other leaders to create and implement annual budgets that drive profitability.

• Culture Creator: Foster a vibrant workplace culture where your team feels empowered, engaged, and ready to deliver stellar service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the strategic direction for hotel operations while keeping a keen eye on our brand standards.

• Guide, mentor, and motivate operational leaders to meet and exceed targets.

• Analyze guest feedback and proactively tackle any service challenges.

• Develop and implement systems that streamline processes and enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience in and understanding of F&B systems, service, and cost control

• Extensive knowledge of PMS (preferably Opera) and front office procedures

• Extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations

• Sound understanding of financial concepts and budgeting

• Demonstrated ability to implement plans and achieve results

• Exceptional communication skills

• Strong detail orientation

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong relationship building skills
