What We're Looking For: Customer service representatives who actively engages with customers providing them with basic information regarding Pay O Matic bank products and services.
QUALFICATIONS:
- One to two years related experience or equivalent.
- Superb customer service/Communication skills.
- Proficient computer operator.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- flexibility, and a willingness accept change quickly
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
RESPOSIBILITIES: - Stand for extended periods of time.
- Use POS system for all transactions
- Work in confined areas alone with the understanding of the Company's security/safety policies and procedures.
- Open and close the store when required.
- Adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as heavy verbal demands of customer service
- successfully performing transactions while upholding Banking-related Compliance rules and regulations.
- Maintaining a harmonious work environment with colleagues through practice of mutual respect.
Applicant, please note that there may be instances where you may be needed for overtime. This position would require someone that has a flexible schedule. If you do not have a flexible schedule, then please do not apply for this position. The shift is not negotiable. In addition, you must be available to work on weekends and holidays.
- you must be available anytime between: 1pm and 9pm, Thursday through Sunday
- Able to float to other locations. Those locations include: 56-54 Myrtle Ave., 102-26 Atlantic Ave. and 105-16 Cross Bay Blvd.
- Have a flexible schedule.
- Comfortable working alone
- work any 7 days out the week including but not limited to weekends and holidays, if needed
The pay range for this position is: $16 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law.
