Job Summary:
HR Employer Solutions Group is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting. As a CNA, you will provide quality care and support to our clients in accordance with their individual care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic nursing care to clients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse
- Administer medications under the direction of a nurse and maintain accurate records
- Assist with feeding and ambulation, as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement care plans for clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure the highest level of care for our clients
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility
- Basic knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
