What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director, HR Records, the Sr. Analyst, HR Records Management role applies analytical and communication skills to coordinate deliverables and identify potential gaps to ensure the program changes are successfully executed. This position will support operationalizing changes in records retention and work with stakeholders across HR Canada.

How you’ll succeed
Records Management - Some experience in, or knowledge of, records management principles/practices or administration of large volumes of data/record keeping.
Relationship Building - Supporting project teams and stakeholders who are responsible for their LOB/system records and our Enterprise Records Management team.
Compliance - Working with the team to ensure compliance with policies, processes, procedures, governance and controls. Ideally experience as it relates to the application of records management and privacy requirements.
Communication - Well developed written & verbal communication skills. Ability to produce a variety of business documents with clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation. Ability to articulate factual requirements, which requires precise explanation to senior HR professionals.
Critical Thinking - Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions. Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Program/Project experience - Collecting and analyzing requirements, supporting a large change initiative to deliver on program objectives.
