A career as a Product Owner, Digital Banking under the responsibility of the Digital Special Projects Program Manager at National Bank means being part of the organization's digital transformation and participating in the development of innovative and quality solutions.
You contribute to a unique initiative in the market by using your creativity to do things differently. You build and work with a small, elite team of carefully selected specialists, while working hand in hand with the various business lines and external partners.
Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the performance of the various solutions or features offered by our internal and external partners
Compliance and risk management
Clearing, settlement and accounting
Develop and interpret analyses, diagnostics, dashboards and KPIs to ensure rigorous monitoring of the performance of the various solutions
Make appropriate corrections and recommendations
Diagnose problematic situations, intervene in the resolution of complex problems and ensure that issues are taken care of
Participate in the construction and life cycle of the initiative's digital journeys by optimizing each step to provide innovative solutions
Develop and implement the operational processes of the end-to-end initiative with the support of business analysts
Evaluate end-to-end process performance and keep results within established thresholds
Identify opportunities for process improvement while considering a better customer experience
Represent the sector with NBC stakeholders and operational teams
Follow up on action plans related to internal audits, compliance and operational risk.
Your Team Within the Digital Special Projects sector, you will be part of an autonomous team of around fifty people and actively participate in the Bank's digital transformation. Prerequisites Field-related education and four to five years of relevant experience
Experience in the fintech industry
Experience in payment and card networks
Experience in asset management
Experience in developing and improving business processes
Transaction Lifecycle Knowledge
Knowledge of compliance; An asset
Work schedules may vary depending on operational needs. There may be calls for N3 support from time to time outside of standard business hours.
Languages Reason to require this language: you will need to discuss frequently with our service providers or partners who speak a language other than French.
