As a CNA with our facility, you'll perform a variety of duties that provide optimal patient care to our residents. The CNA is Responsible for providing routine daily nursing services to assigned residents in a manner that is caring, compassionate and customer-oriented and in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines.
Your Job:
Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect.
Delivers meals and performs feeding assistance to residents and provides hydration.
Routinely makes rounds and responsively provides proper resident care and service.
Turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or other discomfort.
Monitoring vitals and patient behavior and reporting them to the nursing and medical staff.
Provides assistance to residents for showers or baths.
Provides proper skin care and promptly reports observations of skin breakdown and pressure areas.
Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Illinois.
A professional team player with a commitment of maintaining a reliable shift history.
Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care.
Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team who focuses on the same.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant CNA program.
