Job Details:- Start Date: 09-30-2024
- Contract Length: Ongoing.
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Clinical hours & calls
- Shift Details: M-F 8am 4:30pm daily - No call on Friday after clinic
- Call Coverage: 4.30 pm - 8 am
- Patients per day: 14 outpatients, no hospital
- Patient Population/Age: 18 and above.
- Skills Required: Hematology outpatient, Oncology outpatient, Hematology inpatient, Oncology inpatient, Participation on a tumor board
- Coverage would be 2 weeks per month (preferably the last two weeks of the Month)
Requirements:- Board Certification: Board Certified
- License Required: MI License & CSR at Submission
- DEA: Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
- Certification: BLS
- Minimum Experience Required: NA
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Pay Rate: $500/hr
