Knightsbridge Restaurant Group is seeking an
Restaurant Manager to join our team to lead and manage all facets of the FOH and operations. The Restaurant Manager will continue to build a better brand with the best management and staff by constantly improving our food and service while focusing on our our guests and providing unparalleled hospitality. This position requires flexibility and a wide range of hospitality, service and business acumen. The Restaurant Manager actively embodies, inspires and teaches skills that will elevate the core values of our company.
Key Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Specific knowledge of Purchasing, Receiving, Maintenance, Inventory, Cash handling procedures and controls
- Direct supervision of the front of house employees on a daily basis, ensuring policies and processes are being followed and inspecting operational flow on a continuous basis;
- Responsible for overseeing the floor during service; ensuring the team stays on task and delegating assignments as needed;
- Communicate with chef team and BOH on keeping menus up to date and 86'd items throughout service if necessary;
- Ensure guest satisfaction; interacting with guests and engaging in service recovery when issues arise;
- Comply with HR practices and policies and hold employees accountable for all standards and procedures including interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
- Proactiveness in reaching our Company goals in sales, service, appearance; while creating a positive, fun and productive working environment;
- Ensure compliance with department of health standards, maintaining superior cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant;
- Computer literacy with knowledge in managing Point of Sale Systems, Reservation Systems, Restaurant Management Software, HRIS and Recruitment Software
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
This position requires the ability to obtain your Food Handler and ABRA Licenses.
