Position Overview:
The Call Center Rep will handle inbound calls related to parking violations (around 100+ calls per day).
The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask while meeting departmental standards.
Call Center Rep Job Details:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday / FULL TIME / IN OFFICE with in the hours of 8AM-8:00PM and the 4th Saturdays of every month 8:30AM-12:00PM.
  • Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
  • Type: Contract to Hire Role!
Call Center Rep Job Description:
  • Handle 100+ inbound calls daily regarding parking violations, providing accurate information and support.
  • Update citizen records, research violations, schedule hearings, and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure a high level of accuracy while performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Call Center Rep Job Requirements:
  • High School or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
