Position: Home Delivery DrivernnStatus: Full-Time, Hourly Non-ExemptnnPay Rate: $56k - $80k AnnuallynnBenefits: 401(k), 401(k) Matching, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Other Voluntary CoveragennESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – include and are not limited to:nnLoads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads gasoline, oil, and propane products to and from specified destinationsnnBe capable of repeatedly climbing in and out of the cab, and dragging a petroleum filled hose several feetnnFollow all DOT and HazMat regulations, Mirabito safety standards and policies 100% of the timennComplete daily and monthly paperwork requirements in order to ensure compliance with company standards and protection of its assets 100% of the timennConstantly work in outdoor weather conditions with exposure to oil and/or propane fumes and the elementsnnEnsure that Company and Government safety, policy, and regulatory standards are met and maintain zero preventable incidents 100% of the timennBe capable of maneuvering equipment and materials in excess of 300 pounds with the use of proper mechanical devices and/or additional manpowernnPossess the ability to operate various instruments such as multi meters and combustion analyzersnnCollect monetary payments from customers, when necessarynnRESPONSIBILITIES – include and are not limited to:nnFollow route and time schedule that is provided by the Dispatcher on a daily basisnnLoad, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicle in accordance with company standardsnnMaintain safety and compliance records 100% of the timennProvide quality customer satisfaction to all customers and business contactsnnInform customers of new products and servicesnnComplete logs and reports according to company standards, policies, and proceduresnnParticipate in any job related training and/or certifications and safety meetingsnnReport to work as scheduled, with minimal absenteeism and tardiness, work overtime as necessary, and participate in a rotating on-call schedulennPerform other job-related activities and special projects as assignednnQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS – include and are not limited to:nnCETP qualifications – if not currently certified will need to obtain within 1 year of employment and maintain these certificationsnnPrior driving experience preferrednnPrior experience with HazMat material preferrednnMaintain a valid DOT physical cardnnSuccessful completion of a pre-employment functional evaluation and drug screeningnnThe list of requirements, duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive but is merely the most accurate list for the current job.
