We are currently hiring an Executive Recruiter for our Information Technology team. This position is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite in our Manhattan, NY location. We are specifically looking for candidates that have previously worked for a staffing firm as well as experience with Cyber Security.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Source, engage and submit exceptional talent to full-time and consulting positions
Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience
Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they are engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews
Conduct comprehensive reference checks
Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements
Job Requirements:
Staffing firm experience a must!!
Executive placements in Data, Software, Cyber and Infrastructure
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of proven experience as an agency IT Recruiter
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed
Account Management skills are a plus
Strong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
Proficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solving
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
