Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Payment Processing

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our clients Enterprise Payment Processing platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Credit Card Payment Processing, encompassing a range of processes including Purchase Authorization and Capture, Refunds, Reward-point Redemptions, User-profile Management, and Guest User Checkout.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Scenarios: Expertise in Prepayment, Auto-pay, and Post-payment processes.

Transaction Reconciliation: Ability to reconcile Credit Card transactions with settlement transactions received from banking partners.

Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement in payment processing to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
