Material Handler (Contract)

Pay Rate : $20-$23/hour

Warehouse Location : Everett, WA

Schedule : 5:00am-1:30pm

Duration : 6 months (extension or conversion possible)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Material Handler/Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials within our facility, ensuring that production lines are supplied efficiently and accurately. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and shipment.
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized manufacturing environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
