Our client, a well-established and highly respected regional law firm, is looking to add a Torts & Products Liability Associate to their Torts & Products Liability Defense Practice Area in Albany, NY. Qualifications

Candidates for the Torts & Products Liability Associate will possess the following qualifications and expertise:

• Minimum of five years of litigation experience, preferably in torts
• Experience in New York State and Federal courts handing the defense of products liability, personal injury and professional malpractice actions
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Juris Doctor
• Must be admitted to practice in New York State
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships

At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as years of experience and skill level. This range does not include performance or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm.
