We are a leading provider of home services and are looking for a Contracts Manager, based in Dallas, TX, who can help support our growing number of businesses. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely and establish and maintain strong relationships with field leaders, department leaders, including: Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Human Resources.
- Draft, review, redline, negotiate, and manage the contract lifecycle process.
- Regularly review the contract process to ensure accountability and compliance with company policies and procedures and prepare related performance scorecards.
- Liaison with Teammates at all levels of responsibility and authority; help prioritize, act as a strategic advisor, delegate and foster the development of a high-performance team. Support the team with deal and contract structuring, RFI/RFP/Proposals, and contract review, contract redlines and implementation handoff and ensure our company is adequately protected from risk while supporting our need to expand and reinvent.
- Work closely with deal teams and Legal in reviewing and negotiating agreements such as master sales and procurement agreements, confidentiality agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Provide risk consultation and contracting review of scope of work/SOW documents.
- Managing transactions independently, efficiently and driving to completion in a timely manner.
- Serve as the central point of contact for each contract and provide organizational skills and influence to ensure deals are negotiated and executed in accordance with business timelines.
- Effectively communicate to internal stakeholders regarding decision points to determine what risks are truly material in each transaction.
- Upon first filling cycle of a contract, approve and ensure that billing matches contractual language.
- 90-day report out to key leaders on SWOT of current contracting lifecycle process. Assessment, recommendations and 1-yr and 2-yr strategic plan forward.
Your Profile:
- BA/BS preferred
- 4+ years of recent contract experience, with multiple contract types, working as contracts manager or equivalent with medium to large company
- Ability to work well across departments and strengthen company culture through effective collaboration
- Industry certifications and membership in the National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, RFP’s, Contracts database systems
- Strong verbal/written communication skills, reading comprehension, and critical thinking skills;
- Strong understanding of professional services contracting lifecycle with an emphasis on technology and procurement services
- Proven track record influencing diverse set of stakeholders and driving common outcomes with a strong understanding of commercial contracting processes, including terms and conditions

Location: DFW Metroplex, with a minimum of 4 days each week in the Las Colinas office.
