Background Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain or related functions, including significant leadership experience. (Commodity management and supplier development experience is a plus).
• ISM or APICS certification preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, including Sales/Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Procurement functions.
• Apply advanced knowledge in material, inventory, and production control processes to manage high-mix, low-volume projects, including BOMs with thousands of parts.
• Engage and manage vendor relationships, holding suppliers accountable and taking corrective action as needed to maintain performance standards.
