Job Description:

They are seeking a highly skilled General Liability Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of litigation and transactional matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, business transactions, employment disputes, and general civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and execute effective legal solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on civil litigation, and insurance defense matters.
