Growing OEM of high reliability process industry equipment is seeking a talented, hands-on manufacturing engineering leader, interested in contributing individually as well as mentoring more junior manufacturing engineers.

Areas of responsibility:

• Manufacturing Engineering: methods, tooling and process
• Experience with CNC, machining centers, milling, turning, etc...
• Assembly and test of subsystems and final products
• Lead efforts to continuously improve products, processes, systems and technologies that drive quality, efficiencies and overall product reliability.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities. Clearly communicate recommendations to management. Provide effective leadership.
• Coach and mentor junior level

Salary: $120,000 $130,000+/ year plus strong, performing bonus and benefits
