Position Requirements:

• Must be admitted to the Indiana bar in good standing, and Illinois bar admission is a plus (candidates working remotely from Illinois must have Illinois bar admission)
• Ideal candidates will have general liability defense (ex., product liability, construction defect, premises liability, vehicle liability matters) and/or professional liability defense (ex., medical malpractice defense, legal malpractice defense, errors and omissions defense)
• Candidates must possess experience drafting complex opinions and motions.
• Candidates should also have strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
