General Counsel – AI/Blockchain Startup

We are working with a fast-growing, innovative AI/Blockchain startup that is seeking its first General Counsel to lead and build out the legal function. This company is around the Seed/Series A stage in funding is beginning an expansive hiring process to build out its key functions.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in tech sector, ideally coming from an AI or Blockchain environment.

The responsibilities of this role will cover all areas of relevant law, including corporate, commercial, regulatory, product, privacy and IP as the business begins to scale.

The role requires an on-site presence 5 days a week in San Francisco.
