I am currently working with a reputable boutique law firm in Chicago , who are actively looking to recruit an experienced attorney or junior partner to join its transactional group.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the firm's lead shareholders on a broad array of transactional matters.
• This will include general business matters and transactions for private businesses and business owners, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial lending, leasing and real estate transactions.
• Develop your own book of business.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar of Illinois.
• 5+ years of experience in transactional matters.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent business development skills.
• Book of portable business required.
