We are looking for a Procurement Leader who will drive the integration of non-centralized procurement areas into a centralized operating model. The focus will be on key categories such as Indirect Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, Premiums, and Research & Development , areas that were previously managed by functional groups without direct procurement involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy Development :
- Lead efforts to bring non-centralized procurement areas into the centralized procurement framework.
- Work closely with VP-level stakeholders and consultants to develop strategies for multiple spend categories (ranging from $600M to $1B).
- Ensure internal alignment and collaboration on future category management.
Collaboration & Alignment :
- Partner with external consultants and senior leaders from internal teams to define and implement procurement strategies.
- Engage in cost-saving projects and foster strong working relationships.
Negotiation & Contract Management :
- Take the lead in negotiating complex contracts with key suppliers.
Procurement Strategy & Framework :
- Develop and implement frameworks for new procurement areas under the centralized model.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like Engineering , Operations Management , Supply Chain Management , or another related area.
Experience & Skills :
- Minimum of 10 years in Procurement or Supply Chain , with experience leading improvements in category management.
- Strong skills in Complex Contract Negotiation , Stakeholder Engagement , Change Management , and Project Management .
- Proven ability to influence without authority , build trust quickly, and work independently while managing cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with high resiliency and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
