Metric have been retained by a battery manufacturer who plan to double in size in the coming months!

Do you want to drive manufacturing process and equipment design from initial concept to mass production?

Do you have experience in Battery Manufacturing environments?

The Role

• Manage suppliers or internal design teams through project milestones: PO release, FDR, FAT, SAT, SOP, Ramp.
• Development station requirements
• Develop material flow strategy.
• Identify utilities needed and utility distribution strategy (PDPs, compressed air, process water, etc
• PFMEA
• Lead equipment installation & develop validation plans.
• Create detailed documentation for new processes.

This position will be onsite in Mississippi, with production due to start in a few years. Until early next year you will work remotely, but still residing in MI so you can convene on short notice. The company provide a fully comprehensive relocation package to support any moves.
