Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist for their flagship North American plant located just north of Nashville near Goodlettsville / Hendersonville TN. The Generalist will be responsible to execute HR processes, policies and programs. Professionally oriented persons with a Bachelors Degree, a PHR or SHRM CP and HR Generalist experience in Manufacturing would be preferred. This is a fantastic, people centric company with very low turnover. This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Implement and administer programs and policies that comply with organizational values, labor laws & regulations
• Support the execution of the Performance Management Process
• Administer talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention following all Federal, Local and Company requirements, including understanding resource competition.
• Employee and labor relations
• Affirmative action and equal employment compliance
• Time Keeping reviews, updates and payroll changes/corrections
• Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
• Provide support for Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit Programs

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 3-5 Years of Human Resources Experience in Manufacturing
• PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
• Good Understanding of Compensation & Benefits Programs
• Strong People Skills and Ability to Manage Employee & Labor Relations
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Outlook Knowledge of HRIS Administration
