E-Discovery Junior Associate – New York, New York


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an E-Discovery Junior Associate with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal Candidate will be experienced in Electronic Discovery law with substantive knowledge and primarily manage these litigation matters and be responsible for case strategy and development, discovery and trial. This candidate should feel comfortable working autonomously while relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the cases they are working on organized.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and coordination of e-discovery projects, including document collection, review, analysis, and production

• Conduct legal research and assist with document review for relevance, privilege, and confidentiality

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with discovery protocols

• Maintain accurate records of all e-discovery activities and processes

• Utilize e-discovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Clearwell, or other platforms) for document review and analysis

• Draft discovery responses and assist with the preparation of e-discovery reports

• Stay updated on developments in e-discovery technology and practices

• Maintain all litigation matters from inception to trial


Qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in the State of New York

• 2-3 years of experience in e-discovery, litigation support, or related fields

• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar software

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Knowledge of federal and state e-discovery rules and best practices is a plus


Benefits

This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $125,000 to $150,000.00 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
