Investment Funds Senior Associate or Special Counsel

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking both senior associate and special counsel lawyers for its premier investment funds practice in New York. The salaries for these positions start at $310k.

Qualifications

• Candidates with JD class of 2020 or higher.
• Substantial experience in investment management/fund formation work, which includes private equity, credit, hedge, venture capital, real estate, secondaries and LP-side.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills; team focused.
• Strong academic credentials.
