Job Title: Plaintiff Mass Torts Associate Attorney

Job Description:

Our firm is actively searching for a Plaintiff Mass Torts Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in tort litigation. This is an in-office position, thus the candidate should be prepared for a traditional office work environment. The candidate must possess excellent writing skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and a robust get-the-job-done attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent and advise clients in plaintiff mass torts litigation matters.
2. Draft and file various legal documents including complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
3. Develop and implement a strategic approach towards case resolution.
4. Provide legal counsel to clients during all stages of the litigation process.
5. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases.
6. Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of pertinent laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in case preparation.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, courts, and others involved in the legal process.
8. Conduct and defend depositions.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff mass torts litigation.
4. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
5. High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage sensitive issues.
6. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
7. Get-the-job-done attitude and dedication to ensure client satisfaction.
