We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a leading CDMO in Union County.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex supply chain operations for imports from international suppliers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for isotope ordering, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery logistics.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with existing supply contract obligations while reviewing terms for new agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with couriers and brokers to facilitate efficient shipments of materials.
• Coordinate the delivery of final products to clinics and end-users both domestically and internationally.
• Facilitate customer orders for products via email and online ordering platforms.
• Communicate shipping updates and resolve logistics-related issues for customers and end-users as needed.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, particularly for isotope-related products.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
