Corporate Associate - Sports & Entertainment Practice

Our client is a top international firm, seeking an experienced corporate associate to work in the firm's Sports & Entertainment practice in New York. The salary for this position is between $225k to $270k.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of general corporate experience within a law firm.
• M&A, joint ventures, investments, financings and corporate restructurings experience.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting formation, corporate governance and transaction documents, as well as a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Experience in fund formation, review of fund and other investment reviews and related securities regulations, and assisting client in completing subscription documents.
• Experience conducting due diligence review in connection with various corporate and securities transactions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
• Strong project management skills and excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
