We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scientist I/Scientist II/Senior Scientist to join our Antibody Engineering group. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our therapeutic platform through the application of advanced protein analytical techniques. The role will involve but not be limited to analytical size-exclusion chromatography (SEC), protein purification workflows, biophysical interrogation of proteins, preparation of mass spec samples, managing CROs and iterative optimization of our antibody development workflows.

Responsibilities
- Perform a range of protein analytical techniques including but not limited to analytical size-exclusion chromatography (SEC), protein stability studies, and sample preparation for mass spectrometry
- Analyze and interpret protein analytical data to support ongoing research projects and platform optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data and feedback, using findings to refine and optimize the protein sciences platform.
- Contribute to the development and validation of new analytical methods and protocols.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all experimental data, maintaining high standards of accuracy and reproducibility.
- Present research findings in both written and oral formats to internal and external stakeholders as required.
Required Skills and Experience
Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Structural Biology, or a related field, with 1-8 years of industry experience .
- Proven experience with protein analytical techniques such as analytical size-exclusion chromatography (SEC), protein biophysical characterization, and mass spectrometry is required.
- Hands-on experience in protein sample preparation for mass spectrometry and data analysis is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and contribute to platform optimization efforts.
