NIGHT AUDITOR Pay Rate: $16/HR The Brewhouse Inn & Suites in Milwaukee is looking for a fun and outgoing person to work as a part time Night Auditor at our front desk. As a Night Auditor on our team, you will complete a variety of tasks which will include: - Check hotel guests in and out.
- Makes reservations for guests.
- Provide information to guests on the hotel as well as the surrounding area.
- Keeps desk area stocked with necessary materials.
- Post charges and ensure overall proper payment.
- Using Night Audit checklist, run close-out reports and back-ups.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
The position is ideal for someone with the following experience and qualities: - Ability to work between the hours of 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Good personality and positive interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests regarding all aspects of their hotel stay.
- Dependability and regular attendance.
- Previous customer service experience and/or sales experience.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including the use of percentages.
