Position Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions covering areas such as onboarding, on-the-job training, new procedures and using new technology.
Develop and maintain Accounts Payable training materials.
Mentor employees under guidance training periods and report their progress to management.
Assess department training needs and seek ways to improve processes and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance preferred.
2+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Oracle knowledge a plus.
Strong communication, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
