Our client, a leader in financial tax software , is looking to hire a Visual & Content Designer. This role is will be hybrid onsite 2-3x/week in Mountain View, CA.

As a Visual & Content Designer , you will help design engaging content experiences for financial services products. You will work closely with content writers, product designers, and engineers to enhance user experience as well as promote growth and customer retention.

Responsibilities:

• Create designs, iterations, and prototypes of pages and page elements, promoting growth and retention
• Collaborate with designers, writers, product managers, and customer experience to produce high quality prototype iterations and visual designs
• Conduct user and A/B testing and iterate on design-based user/stakeholder feedback
• Leverage customer feedback to craft engaging humanized content that connects with customer needs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of relevant Product & Marketing, Content Design, Copywriting, and UI Design experience
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and other visual design tools
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Prior experience in FinTech, Tech, or SaaS Industry a plus!
• Must have a portfolio that demonstrates your creative design strengths
