The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. A successful candidate will recruit and screen eligible research subjects, coordinate visits with participants, administer interviews, and score the responses accurately. Additionally, the coordinator will acquire and analyze research data while maintaining proper regulatory and IRB documentation throughout the study. The Clinical Research Coordinator will work closely with the entire research team to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of clinical studies.
Qualifications:
?? 3+ cumulative years of clinical research experience.
?? Current work authorization in the US.
?? Willingness to work on-site at our San Francisco, California headquarters with weekend working hours every other week.
Experience that helps:
?? Managing daily operations in clinical research studies, including recruitment, scheduling research visits, conducting assessments and interviews, collecting data, data entry, and follow-up with subjects as needed.
?? Coordinate trials in compliance with protocol requirements, ensuring proper documentation of participant status, adverse events, and protocol compliance. Ensure a safe environment for all participants, staff, and visitors by adhering to federal, state, and professional regulatory standards, including those issued by OSHA and the FDA.
?? Ensure strict confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws.

Transparent Compensation:
