Tech Writer – NC
Experience: Supporting utilities, facilities, and EHS is a must. GMP,
Job Duties:
- Provide specialist knowledge on the writing process to ease understanding, choice of document type, structure, style & language usage of the operational documents.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure project schedule milestones are met according to Client Essentials.
- Demonstrate technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Utilities Equipment , Maintenance processes, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Reliability, MRO spare parts management, or Facilities/Utilities/Production Maintenance.
- Provide administrative leadership for documentation processes, acting as liaison between area engineers, process SMEs, and Operation Readiness stakeholders.
- Provide regular status reports on documentation creation progress.
- Develop & maintain internal & external stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in Change Control processes to support revision of standards.
- Process documents via applicable NN document management tools.
- Follow all GMP, safety, and environmental requirements for the construction site in the performance of duties.
- Other accountabilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise with Utilities Systems , SAP, VeevaVault.
- Experience with GxP operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Highly skilled at using MS Word, Excel, and Adobe best practices.
- Demonstrated effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to read, write & understand complicated product documentation & standard operating procedures with attention to high-level concepts.
- Demonstrated skill in change management and working in a fast-paced greenfield project environment.
