Electrical Work Planner New Mexico
Work Location On-site – Full Time on Site

Rate: is open and non-exempt
Hours: Full time / 40+ hours /week (onsite)
Per Diem: $167.00/day (7 days per week)
Mob/Demob : GSA Expenses
Trip Home: 1 paid trip home per month

Responsibilities:
An electrical planner oversees the development and implementation of electrical designs, plans, and processes. They must be familiar with the applicable codes, regulations, and standards to ensure that designs are compliant and efficient.
- Working knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and practices
- Understanding of electrical safety codes and regulations.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with electrical system design and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, relays, fuses, and switches.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in residential, commercial and industrial settings.
- Working knowledge of electrical testing equipment and measuring instruments.
- Ability to plan and organize projects, including estimating material and labor costs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with computer aided design (CAD) software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Requirements:
- Strong Electrical background
- Prior Electrical planning experience
- Preferred B.S degree in Electrical Engineering, but not required
