Our client is a growing fintech company that is located in Greenwich, CT and this role is onsite.

Position Overview and Description:

• Handle full life cycle recruiting
• Manage client and candidate relationships with finesse and a high-touch approach
• Work directly with hiring managers, from intake calls to offers
• Provide consultative search and recruiting services including talent research, market intelligence, sourcing, candidate development assessment, advising clients, and closing
• Development and execution of staffing and diversity hiring plans
• Partner/collaborate with the HR team

Required Skills

• 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment
• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of experience, preference is BLEND of agency + inhouse or AGENCY ONLY
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is a huge plus

The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
