Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Metro Detroit area. The Regional Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, manage teams, ensure budgets are met, and uphold high customer service standards across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with teams at various locations to provide leadership and mentorship.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and enhance patient care.
• Lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence and uphold core values.
• Oversee budgets, monitor performance metrics, and drive improvements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in Multi Site Dental.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in operations management, team development, and budgeting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Hands-on approach with a growth mindset and self-awareness.
• A quick start, great at follow through

Preferred Experience

• Background in multi-site dental

Compensation

• Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.
