Hello! I am recruiting a Process Technician Supervisor opening for our privately owned manufacturing customer located in the northwest Metro of the Twin Cities.

• Execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) that comply with FDA regulations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and lead root cause/corrective action investigations
• Support Operational Excellence by identifying and executing initiatives that lead to improved performance
• Provide technical coaching and feedback to production employees and the support team
• Ensure complex molds are installed and removed according to the setup sheets and instructions
• Inspect molded parts using basic metrology tools and equipment
• Ensure no production time or yield is lost because of faulty setup
