What You’ll Do:
As a Data Analyst , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless system transition while collaborating with product development teams and cross-functional partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product development teams to gather, validate, and migrate critical data from Oracle PLM to TraceGains.
- Performing detailed data entry, cleanup, and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams, suppliers, and partners to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth transitions.
- Supporting the development and delivery of training for new system users and acting as a resource for ongoing inquiries.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn tools like TraceGains and Oracle PLM.
- Familiarity with FDA/USDA regulatory standards, with preferred experience in food manufacturing or laboratory settings.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Experience with SaaS implementation and data migration processes (preferred).
