Job Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions of this job position include, but are not limited to, the following tasks and duties an employee encounters while performing this job. Model DISH Manufacturing and Distribution Values & Behaviors
Load, unload, and move materials within or near the work site, including but not limited to, the plant, yard, and/or inside the building
Lift, move, open, and stage individual product depending on the necessary work for the day
Open a significant number of boxes per day and review required documentation on the outside of each box, as well as verify material part numbers and quantities upon receipt
Label received or transferred material and/or consolidate material, as well as operate a pallet jack while palletizing and removing empty boxes and/or foam containers from the receiving area
Ensure and maintain a clean and safe workplace, including but not limited to dock areas, forklift, and trailers
Palletize material and prepare for transfer/shipping, including but not limited to wrapping pallets, scanning product labels, and ensuring product is stacked appropriately
Follow first in, first out (FIFO) material usage, movement, and sorting as required
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, which includes but is not limited to sweeping and removing trash/debris
Unpack returned merchandise, inspect package condition and assess paperwork sent in with return instructions for procedures
Store and distribute supplies and equipment as required
Maintain inventory and stock records while performing work as required
Adhere to established safety, quality, & performance standards while meeting department accuracy standards
Effectively interact with and speak to all levels of organizational staff, customers, and company personnel while maintaining professionalism
Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable and timely basis
Work variable shifts including nights, holidays and weekends
Meet all of DISH's performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all applicable metrics, productivity standards, goals, and increased proficiencies related to overall performance

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
Read and interpret documents such as operating/maintenance/procedure instructions and safety rules
Write routine reports and business correspondence
Speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization whether individually or in groups
Be proficient with Windows 7 or higher operating system
Occasionally operate multiple computer applications
Effective organizational, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills
Mathematical Skills:
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Draw and interpret bar graphs and diagrams
Understand and interpret reports that include rate, ratio, and percent
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $19.31/Hour
